Came here with a friend on a Saturday night around 8pm where pretty much every other restaurant at the Pru was super crowded/at least 1 hour wait for a table. This was my second time trying Anna's (I've been the MIT location) and the quality and service was great.

I got a burrito bowl with al pastor, rice & beans, veggies, etc and my friend got a burrito bowl with no meat (vegetarian). I loved that al pastor was an option for the burrito bowl and not just for tacos. They do charge you the cheaper price if you don't get meat, but you can also pay a bit more to get roasted veggies with it. The portions are pretty big. If you're not super hungry/if you don't eat a lot like me, you could make this last for 1.5 or 2 meals honestly. They also didn't charge for guacamole!

You order inside the restaurant and then there are more tables outside, kind of shared by Num Pang, Sweetgreen, and Anna's.

Great experience . I'm a huge fan and usually go to other locations. First time at this Anna's and the quality and service was just as good as the others.

Love that this location is in the mall! I cant resist a super steak burrito!!! When I saw it I stopped , perfect for a quick bite!

Everything was pre cooked there. Orders the large steak burrito and it was the worse burrito that I ever had . It was bland and dry .The steak as burnt and tough to chew. The item was overpriced and not worth it. I won't suggest this to Anyone.

As a frequent visitor of the Pru, I often walked pass this place but never thought to give it a try until my boyfriend convinced me. Honestly, I think I might like Anna's more than Chipotle which is saying a lot since it also took a few years of convincing before I even tried their bowls. I'm not exactly sure why I have a tendency to sleep on such good places but regardless, I'm glad I gave Anna's a try.

We both ordered our own rice bowls with al pastor along with corn tortillas on the side. The flavors were perfect in my opinion and much to my surprise, I quickly found myself craving it a few days after. The portions were more than enough so it was definitely worth the price. I also enjoyed their lemonade, it was a good balance of sweet and tart.

Overall, I enjoyed Anna's and will be back for more soon!

Was attending a conference at the Hynes Convention Center and came here because it was close. Unfortunately it was a super basic and not a good tasting burrito. The customer service also was lacking.
